A: IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A STAFÉTAPP PROFILE AND USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS AS YOUR VPROFIL (our former registration interface)
In this case, only check the number of your headband (or the numbers of your Alpha-Beta headbands) and your name in the application.

B: IF YOU HAVE A STAFÉTAPP PROFILE, BUT IT IS NOT UNDER THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS AS YOUR VPROFIL (our former registration interface)
In this case, you must notify us by email at info@fightersrun.com before submitting your registration that you are using a different email address in the application, as we need to transfer your existing headband to your active StafétApp email address.
ATTENTION! In this situation, creating another profile with your Vprofil email address is not a good solution, as you will not be able to see all your data related to the events organized by all our companies in one place!

C: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AND HAVE NEVER HAD A STAFÉTAPP PROFILE, BUT YOU DO HAVE A FIGHTERS’ RUN HEADBAND
In this case, you must register in the StafétApp using the same email address you used in your Vprofil (our former registration interface). The application will not suggest the email address to you; you will need to register as if you were a completely new user. However, once you log in, you will see your previous headband data; please check if they are correct.

D: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AND HAVE NEVER HAD A STAFÉTAPP PROFILE AND DO NOT HAVE A FIGHTERS’ RUN HEADBAND EITHER
Register in the StafétApp and provide the name that will appear on your headband during your first registration (this is a permanent piece of information, so choose a name you are happy to see in the long term). Once the registration fee is paid, we will manufacture the headband, which you will receive upon picking up your start package, and you must use this headband in subsequent races. THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS IN THE STAFÉTAPP

INDIVIDUAL RACE, FUN RUN, TRAIL RUNNING, DOG TRAIL RUNNING

1. The Participant creates their personal profile in the StafétApp application – without this, the registration process cannot proceed.
2. The Participant selects the event, and within that, the specific race number, then provides the unique data required for the race number.
3. They accept the content of the GTC (General Terms and Conditions), the Data Processing Information, the information regarding recordings made at the event, and the details concerning accident insurance. For the Participant to appear on the start list, they must consent to the information provided in the same block that their name and year of birth may be included in the list of registrants and the start list.
4. The Organizer sends an email confirmation about the registration to the email address registered in the StafétApp application.
5. The Participant pays the registration fee within the specified deadline. The Organizer confirms the payment.

TEAM RACE

1. The Team Captain is one of the team members, who creates their personal profile in the StafétApp application – without this, the registration process cannot proceed.
2. During registration, the Team Captain registers the team itself; the other team members will be added later. In the case of registration for a specific team race, only one team captain role can be held with a single personal profile.
3. The Team Captain selects the event they wish to register for, and within that, the Team Race, then provides the data relevant to the race number: team name, team size (2, 3, or 4 people), category (men’s team / women’s team / mixed team), T-shirt size of team members (men’s and women’s sizes separately), billing name and address (for companies, the company name, billing address, and tax number must be provided).
4. They accept the content of the GTC, the Data Processing Information, the information regarding recordings made at the event, and the details concerning accident insurance.
5. The Organizer sends an email confirmation about the registration to the email address registered in the StafétApp application.
6. The Team Captain pays the registration fee within the specified deadline. The Organizer confirms the payment.
7. The Team Captain adds the personal profile codes of the rest of the team members to the team before the race.

WOLF CUBS (KIDS RACE)

1. The Parent/Guardian creates their personal profile in the StafétApp application – without this, the registration process cannot proceed. NEW! Any number of children can be registered from one personal profile; the registrations must still be done individually from the parent’s profile in this case.
2. The parent/guardian provides the additional data required for the children’s registration, including the selection of the heat – the system will only display the heats in which the child is eligible to start based on their age group.
3. They accept the content of the GTC, the Data Processing Information, the information regarding recordings made at the event, and the details concerning accident insurance. For the child’s name to appear on the start list, they must consent to the information provided in the same block that their name and year of birth may be included in the list of registrants and the start list.
4. The Organizer sends an email confirmation about the registration to the email address provided in the personal profile.
5. The Parent/Guardian pays the registration fee within the specified deadline. The Organizer confirms the payment.”

ABOUT THE IN-PERSON REGISTRATION PROCESS

AT THE RACE OFFICE (BUDAPEST)

1. In-person registration takes place at the race office in the same manner as the steps of the online registration process. The Participant’s data is entered into the StafétApp by the office staff.
2. The Participant pays the registration fee within the specified deadline. The Organizer confirms the payment.

AT THE SPORTS EVENT VENUE
