We return to the Balaton highlands with our autumn race weekend. Racers also loved Csopak in 2022 – and this time you can choose from even wider range of events. Our race center is the Balatoni Élménypark (Balaton Fun Park).
This terrain is pleasantly gentle, it doesn’t contain a crazy amount of elevation gain, so we’ll try to compensate this with the length of the courses – within the specified limits, of course.
The Team race is an opportunity to show how strong you are together! You can start in 2, 3 or 4 members teams to conquer the course together! We announce results in the following team categories: 2-3-4 members men’s, women’s and mixed teams.

RACE TYPE
Obstacle Course Racing – team competion, short distance.
REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING

COURSE:
- 8-11 km; 20-25 obstacles; terrain: not too difficult (with small elevation), but long; race map: will be published after the race weekend;
- type of penalty: penalty loop – it depends on how many team members failed the obstacle: “wolf crawl” (bear crawl), or partner carry;
- team members must run throughout the course together and arrive at the finish together, the race must be completed with special team rules regarding the obstacles;
- team will recieves only 1 timing chip.

- the teams start from 9:05 to 10:20 AM – we will start each team separately, the exact start times will be published 1 week before the race;
- in case of the team competition, it is not possible to register to a specific race time, the organiser determines start times depending on the number of teams;

- first group: men’s teams – mixed teams – women’s teams of 2 people;
- second group: men’s teams – mixed teams – women’s teams of 3 people;
- third group: men’s teams- mixed teams- women’s team of 4 people.

FIGHTERS’ RUN FANATIC
Fighters’ Run Fanatic is a Loyalty Program. After you completed ADULT OBSTACLE RACES we give points for the racers, in exchange for the points they can collect the pieces of cool Fighters’ Run Fanatic collection!
Completing the short distance of the Fighters’ Run Csopak Individual and Team competition worths 1-1 points, and 2 points for the Individual middle distance! For more details about the program we are at your disposal at info@fightersrun.com!
EVENT T-SHIRT
- In 2024, two types of entries are available at the Fighters’ Run events: ECO and PREMIUM.
The price of the ECO package is more favorable and does not include an event t-shirt, the PREMIUM package includes a MIZUNO event t-shirt. - You can see the t-shirt soon, the size chart is available here!
CATEGORIES:
- two members team for women, two members team for men, two members mixed team; three members team for women, three members team for men, three members mixed team; four members team for women, four members team for men, four members mixed team;
- we awarding the podium finishers of the teams in each category;
- helping each other is allowed as indicated in the Race and Obstacles Rules.
AWARDS:
- We award prizes the absolute 1st-3rd places of 2-, 3-, and 4-members female-, male-, and mixed teams.
AWARD CEREMONY
- at the competition, the results will be announced among the best teams.
- prize winners must bring a photo identification document to the ceremony – this is a criterion for receiving the prize!
- prizes are awarded exclusively during the ceremony. We ask the athletes to honor the competition and the competitors with their personal presence, and to appear punctually at the award ceremony. Prize winners who do not participate in the ceremony will not be given or mailed a prize afterwards.

If you pay the registration fee in cash in our race office, you can choose one from the presence of previous years’ events! This promotion is available while the supply lasts.
START PACKAGE PICK UP
- The condition of taking the start package is the presentation of the printed and signed waiver;
Start packages will be available and can be picked up on Thursday in the race office at Budapest (address: 1134 Budapest, Tüzér street 9-11.), on Friday at the race center between 16 and 19 o’clock, and on the racedays. The team captain or the person authorized by him in writing can pick up the start package.
- Please do not leave the start package pick up for the last moment.
- Onsite registration and start package pick up closes 30 minutes before the start time.
- Onsite registration is only possible based on the available slots and it’s payable in cash.
REFRESHMENT
- We don’t use plastic or single-use paper cups at our refreshment stations.
- We have adopted a slogan and method that has worked well in our other events: BRING YOUR OWN CUP! Participants pour the hypotonic drink and water into their own cup, bottle, or liquid container at the refreshment stations. By this solution we significantly reduce the generated waste of our events.
- Full refreshment:
- At the Short distance, there will be 2 refreshment stations on the course and one in the finish.
- At these points, we offer <i:am> mineral+energy hypotonic sports drink. This product provides a balanced combination of carbohydrates, electrolytes, and water to replace all other refreshment solutions.
- At the stations we provide normal and dried fruits, crackers, salt and water, of course.
TIMING
We use chip timing, every team gets only 1 chip which must be worn on one team member’s wrist during the race. Time results are available on the Runtiming.hu website during/after the race.
Attention! The chip must be handed in at the finish line! We charge additional fee for the device not returned!
CUT OFF TIME AND COURSE CLOSING TIME
- cut off time: none at this event;
- course closing time: at 14:30 – all participants must arrive at the finish line by this time.
MEDICAL SUPERVISION
There are medical staff at the race center, they help for racers into trouble at the whole race area during the event.
STARTING RIGHT ON THE NN ULTRABALATON RACE
- At the registration process 100 teams have the opportunity to choose a registration right option for our 2025 NN Ultrabalaton competition (it’s a fullhouse event every year). If you register to the NN Ultrabalaton: the same person must to register with the same email address and he/she must be the team captain. Team has to use the same team name – but the number of the team members can be different.
- The condition for obtaining the starting right for the 2025 NN Ultrabalaton is to register at the latest August 25, 2024 and pay the registration fee, and the team must to complete the 2024 Fighters’ Run Csopak Team race.
- The team captains who won the right to participate on the 2025 NN Ultrabalaton will be notified by email at the time of the announcement.
REGISTRATION:
- The Team Captain is a member of the team who registers the team. Other team members will be added later. The team members can be changed until the waiver is submitted, so until the start package pick up.
- All team member must have an own “profile” in the registration system, because the team captain add the members by their profile code to the team! It is important to save your name according to Hungarian spelling rules, that is LAST NAME first, FIRST NAME last.
- Online registration is available before reaching the attendance limit, or, until midnight on Sunday, 6th of October! On-site registration is only possible if there are remaining slots.
- In case of incapacitation of racer, the registration can be transferred to another person for FREE – find details below.
- After the finished registration there is not possible to change heat time, to switch the registration to a different distance or location, and not allowed to change from Individual Race to Team Race, or vice versa.
REGISTRATION TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION
- In case of incapacitation of racer, the registration can be transferred to another person for FREE until the race day!
- If you want to transfer the whole team to a new team, you must request to change the team captain. After the team captain has changed, he can modify his team members.
- The process of the registration transfer is the following:
- Before the race the original owner of the registration must manage this process online, because the registration needs to be moved from his/her profile to the new racer’s profile.
- So the original owner needs to send in email to info@fightersrun.com with these data:
- name of the event: “FIGHTERS’ RUN CSOPAK RACE TEAM SHORT DISTANCE”
- the name and profile code of the original owner, the name of the original team
- the new team captain’s name, profile code and t-shirt size – we can only guarantee the modified t-shirt size if it is in stock; the name of the new team.
- we can solve the online substitution until March 29, in case of later submission the registration will be transferrred onsite;
- Substitution process of the registration is FREE;
- note: the transfer of the registration takes place between a second and a third party, we are unable to modify the invoice of the original entry.

ATTENTION!
- Registration becomes final to arrive of the payment; not paid registrations will be automatically deleted by the system after the deadline.
- We are unable to accept payment via postal checks. The registration fee sent by postal check, will be immediately refund by the bank.
- Registration fee must be paid in one payment.
- Invoice can only be issued for the name and address provided in the the registration; it is not possible to split or modify the invoice.
- Any separated fees received will be refund to the sender after deducting bank charges.
ETIQUETTE OF RUNNERS
- We are all guests during the event. It is essential to return the venue same cleanly at least as we received it.
- We kindly ask our participants to provide help if they see a runner in trouble, even if it means to loosing race time.
- We all are runners. We do not differentiate ourselves based on skin color, religion, age, or gender.
- It doesn’t matter where we come from, or how fast we run. Our love for the sport and the mutual respect for each other unites us.
- Staff do their best and provides encouragement. We ask the participants to show their appreciation with good mood and smile.
- True, this is a race, but the rules of fair play must always be kept in mind. Whether winning or losing, it is essential to compete with integrity, dignity, and by meeting both written and unwritten rules. This is what makes the experience unforgettable!
