In Piliscsév, the race area and infrastructure allow us to provide camping opportunities for our participants. Many people have already experienced on more events before, what it’s like to spend the whole day and night with the Wolf pack! 🐺

Spend the night in nature, wake up in the race center, and when you open your tent in the morning, you will be only 50-100 meters from the starting zone – this is the real lodging!
Plus, you’ll be part of the thrilling festival atmosphere, you’ll be able to watch the two days of race up close and spend the weekend with lots of your friends and fellow competitors! 🙂

- the price is the same for 1 and 2 nights;
- we provide toilets and shower facilities – hot water shower facilities are not guaranteed;
- the price is for 1 tent, maximum 3 people.
PRICE NOT INCLUDED
- price does not include a parking space for vehicles. You can only drive into the festival area by car at the times specified below for loading and unloading. After that, the vehicle must be parked in the parking lot located 500 m away. The parking fee is 1000 HUF / car / day.
TENT DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION DATES
Cars can enter the festival area at specific times to pack up and pick up their tents and luggage, in order not to disturb the competition or the peace of camping. In order to ensure the safe conduct of the event, we kindly ask that you return your cars to the designated parking area of the event as soon as possible after packing.

FURTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- the camping area will be set up in the festival area – 50-100 meters from the start;
- the service includes a tent site, the tent is not included in the price;
- the tent site cannot be used by car;
- there will also be a buffet in the competition center during the event, where sandwiches and hot food will be available all day long!
BUY A TENT PLACE
- To purchase a tent space, it is essential to have a personal profile, which can be created by clicking here (if you don’t have one yet). It is important that the name is saved according to Hungarian spelling rules, i.e. LAST NAME at the beginning, LAST NAME at the end. This is important when registering via Gmail.
- The tent space can be purchased in the user profile by clicking on the “KEMPING JEGY” (camping ticket) item in the drop-down menu of the FIGHTERS’ RUN PILISCSÉV event.
- Tent site fee: 1 tent site with a tent for up to 3 people, for 1 or 2 nights -> 6 900 HUF / (~18 EUR) tent place – the amount is gross, in Hungarian forints, and includes tourist tax;
- Tent space can only be purchased on site if there is free space!

ATTENTION!
- Registration becomes final to arrive of the payment; not paid registrations will be automatically deleted by the system after the deadline.
- We are unable to accept payment via postal checks. The registration fee sent by postal check, will be immediately refund by the bank.
- Camping fee must be paid in one payment.
- Invoice can only be issued for the name and address provided in the the registration; it is not possible to split or modify the invoice.
- Any separated fees received will be refund to the sender after deducting bank charges.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the program and the race announcement.
